I can not recommend Susan enough. She was incredibly responsive, have an amazing command of the market, and were our advocates every step of the way. We sold our home during the beginning of the pandemic, so extra hurdles were created that she helped up clear even when things got challenging. We contacted Susan because we were looking to sell our home. She responded to our inquiry promptly and scheduled a meeting. Susan's warm, yet professional demeanor let us know that we had found the right agent for us. In the process to get our home listed, she enlisted a professional cleaning service and photographer to ensure our home showed its best. As a result of her diligence, we had a full price offer the day our house hit the market! That buyer didn't perform, but that did not slow Susan down. She immediately and aggressively began marketing our home again, even stepping up to hold an open house on less than a day's notice. (It should be noted that I didn't want to hold the open house because of the need for the seller to be out of the house, but later decided the evening before that maybe we should do it.) That open house brought the buyer and she got the deal done! Susan is very knowledgeable of the process and responded promptly to all of our questions and inquiries. She contacted us as soon as an offer was received and made arrangements to sit down with us in person to present every offer, going through the details of the contracts and providing advice regarding the good, the bad, and the ugly. Once we were in escrow she even recommended a service provider to make the repairs the buyer requested in the home inspection report. The provider she recommended completed the work quickly and saved us hundreds of dollars. Susan is a consummate professional and she is also giving and kind. She worked hard to get the deal done all while displaying grace and easing our minds through a complex and stressful process. We value her input and expertise and are so very happy that we were able to work with her. We know that we will have real estate needs in the future and Susan is the only agent we will call. She has found a customer for life!

Susan is a consummate professional. She is direct, honest, informative, responsive, friendly and inviting to prospective buyers and brokers, but tough when she needed to be. I felt that gave her credibility across the board. That credibility made the process for us easy, as everyone around Sue knew, in our opinion, that she meant what she said and would follow-through. She provided us with a forthcoming assessment on the condition of our house, the pricing and what investments we needed to make to better our chances for receiving the price we wanted.
